I normally ship orders within 1- 2 business days, and quite often the same day. Most orders over $75.00 will qualify for free standard ground shipping, unless it is over sized, heavy, or being delivered to a remote area. IF YOU ARE CHARGED SHIPPING WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN FREE, WE WILL REFUND IT BACK IMMEDIATELY! We will contact you if there are any issues. We use UPS, FEDEX, and USPS for the majority of our kite shipments ensuring softer handling of packages and 1-4 day delivery under most circumstances. Additionally, USPS delivers on Saturday. We find that 90% of our shipments arrive within 2-4 days from time of shipment.
